?At present, the main production equipment: injection molding machines(85g -12000g), NX100 MOTOMAN robot gluing machine, vibration friction welding machine, ultrasonic welding machine and laser printer;
?The company mainly testing equipment: light match performance tester, air tightness test device, LCD screen display material testing machine, Charpyimpact testing machine, Shaw hardness tester, high and low temperature test box, box of box type rain test and vibration test rig;
?Product R & D capability: graphic design with Croe, Catia, Rhino, UG, SolidWorks and AutoCAD; According to customer’s requirement, we can produce various kinds of xenon and LED auto lamps, as well as the car mirror, sun shield, front grid, grille, step plate and other large-scale plastic products.
?Large plastic parts of the development cycle is commonly 50 days, auto lamps is 60 days.
?Our company&＃39;s current production capacity of about 300,000 sets / year, car lights about 100，000 sets and large injection parts such as external sun shading board about 120，000.

?我公司目前产能约30万套/年，各型汽车车灯约10万套，大型注塑件如遮阳罩约12万只。
